1. Spiderman plank:
This workout will help you to gain flexibility in your body and tone your abs as you desire. To do this exercise while being in a plank position bring your knee close to your elbow, one by one on both sides. You can also call this exercise knee to elbow plank.
This exercise will work on your lower abdominal muscles and your core. Leg circles will strengthen your core and thighs. To do this exercise lay down keeping your back straight on the ground. Raise your legs up in the air and draw circles with your legs in the air.
Russian twist
is must to do exercise in your workout plan as it will target every muscle in
your abdominal section. Russian twist also help you to burn the fat on the
sides of the belly. To do this exercise, sit on the ground with your feet slightly
straight up. If you are a beginner, you can place your feet on the ground and
then twist on either sides. Exhale when you twist and inhale when you are in
the center.
Flutter Kicks:
This exercise
will target your lower abs and will give you flat and toned abs. To do this
exercise lie on the ground place your hands under your back, make sure you are
breathing and then move your legs back and forth in the air.
Plank with Hip Dips:
This is an
all in one workout exercise as it will target tour all three abdominal muscles
and strengthen your core without making it difficult for your back. It will
also target your thighs and hips. This is a must to do workout exercise. To do
this workout place your body in a plank position and then rotate your spine and
lower your right side hip to the floor and then do the alternate.
